Our final Kids English Club was a great success! We chatted in English, played games, and had a drawing for some fantastic prizes! The prizes included all the games and toys we've used for the last few years, as well as some souvenirs from very, very faraway places! During these last (almost) two years, we've all had a great time, learned a lot of English, and come away with some truly great memories! The children also got photo CDs to commemorate their time in the English Club. Thanks again to all those who have attended for so long, and I wish you all the best in your English studies and future adventures!

Our 21st Kids Club meeting was small, but fun. We chatted a bit, practised asking and answering questions on familiar topics such as family, pets, occupations, etc.We also
learned how to play checkers, and read lots of books. And of course, everyone's favourite: snack time!
This week concludes the Fun English Workshops for Level 2 pupils in the Jempol Cluster. Teachers and pupils enjoyed two activities that utilize fun, ICT and English. The first activity is Brainium, a variation on charades where pupils can role play, draw or sculpt with clay a word selected from the word list, while their friends guess the word. The second activity is Cinema Club, based on the website Learn English Through Movies. Pupils first watched a movie trailer, then in groups worked together to solve the scrambled sentences. These activities have many applications and can be modified for any topic in class.
The workshops were a great success and I am very proud that all my schools hosted the event!
